AI Community & Client Success Manager

Technology alone doesn’t create transformation, people do. At DOCE AI, we’re looking for an AI Community & Client Success Manager who can help clients and communities thrive in the age of AI.

This role is part strategist, part community builder, and part relationship manager. You’ll guide clients through their AI adoption journey, ensuring they achieve tangible results with the solutions we deliver. At the same time, you’ll build and nurture engaged online communities, creating spaces where businesses and individuals can learn, share, and grow together.

You’ll be the human face of DoCE AI, making sure that technology is always matched with empathy, guidance, and impact. If you’re passionate about both AI and people, this is where you’ll shine.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth AI adoption journeys.
• Develop and grow communities across Discord, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Provide training sessions, workshops, and demos for clients.
• Collect feedback and collaborate with product teams to improve solutions.
• Act as the bridge between AI engineers, growth teams, and clients.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in customer success, client management, or community management.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, workflows, or SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle client-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about building relationships and scaling communities.
