AI Prompt Engineer & Content Strategist

AI is rewriting how we create, distribute, and optimize content, and at  DOCE AI, we’re leading that change. As an AI Prompt Engineer & Content Strategist, you’ll craft the AI playbooks that define how organizations use AI to communicate, market, and grow.

This isn’t a traditional content role. Instead of simply writing, you’ll design prompts, frameworks, and workflows that train AI to produce human-quality output at scale. From SEO-optimized articles and marketing campaigns to executive communications and social media strategies, your work will fuel how businesses present themselves in the digital age.

You’ll combine storytelling skills with technical AI expertise, helping us and our clients unlock new creative possibilities. Every prompt you craft will shape how AI interacts with the world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize AI prompts for LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) across multiple use cases.
• Create AI-powered content workflows for marketing campaigns, blogs, and client strategies.
• Train AI models to deliver consistent tone, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with growth teams to scale SEO-driven content pipelines.
• Research emerging AI tools and create internal best practices for prompt engineering.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Midjourney.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, especially in SEO-focused content.
• Understanding of content marketing, keyword research, and SEO strategy.
• Ability to bridge technical AI knowledge with creative storytelling.
• Curiosity-driven, with the ability to experiment and iterate quickly.
